Thank you very much to the lovely French couple owners of this beautiful manor palace for a memorable stay. Superb pool, ideal location, friendly service and excellent breakfast cooked to order. I only wish we could stay for longer!!!

Really lovely spot. Great service. The best thing about this hotel is the excellent infinity pool and brilliant spa treatments. Don’t even think of going to someone local to save money. The girls here are amazing at massage and nail treatments.

The only negative i have was the shower could have been better, it wasn't very powerful and you coukd smell the drains when the water was turned on.

Lovely rooms, great food, friendly and helpful owner. Little bit of a walk into town but easy cycle or moto - all available to rent from the hotel.

The receptionist were very welcoming on arrival, food in the restaurant was outstanding. Room was spacious with a view of the sea and fridge. Pool was nice and nothing was too much trouble Will definitely stay again.

Good location, very close to the Crab Market. The restaurante had no restaurant, and the breakfast was just OK. The hotel doenst have nothing special. Just a place to rest, and the staff didn't do anything to please us.

Very quiet but very good if you just want to chill. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Great spot

Bungalow very clean & wonderful

We'd stay again but it needs a little bit of love. It would be great if he doors sealed better so cockroaches and big spiders could walk straight in. Shower wasn't great and drain blocked.. my bed was good but 2 others were like tables.

Lovely stay in Kep. Beautiful room. Grounds were lovely with lots of different places to sit, each offering views across the bay. Very peaceful place to spend a few days

loved it. clean, quiet, short walk to crab market, good price. I can't say enough... do yourself a favour, stay here...

This is a fabulous atmospheric place to stay, our room was incredible, roomy and unique the details in the art deco decor and incredible vibes are indescribable. The free breakfast is excellent and I can highly recommend the Kampot sharing platter, would most definitely stay again. Thanks to all the staff, from room attendants, reception, bar staff and hotel manager. The service was warm, friendly and first class.
