"This hotel really fell short for me on the customer service front. Despite my arriving at the property before 10 PM and departing after 8 AM, I never saw any staff at the front desk. If everything had gone as planned, this could have been okay, but unfortunately there was an issue and the only way to receive any support was by chatting with the staff via the Expedia app (and one of my messages they didn’t even respond to). "Be sure you want to stay in a hostel, because this property is a hostel! You won’t see the “shared accommodations” unless you read all the way to the bottom of the “amenities” section. "Check in was not a great time. Somehow reservation got mixed signals between the property and Expedia, so had to stay in a downgraded room for the first night because my room was occupied and then switch rooms the next day, host was remorseful and tried his best to fix. "Photo of couch has been edited. It’s half the size of the picture. There is no lighting down walk way to the place. Best of luck finding parking anywhere close by. Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again."
