"We booked the room 2 months in advance.. when we arrived the room was not ready but the staff put us on a calling list and called us an hour later while we were down at Pike Place market telling us our room was ready. "This hotel really fell short for me on the customer service front. Despite my arriving at the property before 10 PM and departing after 8 AM, I never saw any staff at the front desk. "I stayed here for 2 nights September 2026, The Staff are super helpful and friendly! The hotel is pretty nice, it is just old. My room (#915) had terrible water pressure in the bathroom and my toilet wouldn't properly flush the entire visit, maintenance had to come unclog my toilet for any "business" that a normal toilet would never have problems with. It made me heavily avoid using the restroom at my own hotel and I was planning bathroom trips around going outside.. One other complaint,...
