"Nice hotel but very small rooms. Good for one person… My room was stocked with towels and hand towels but no face towels so I assumed the hotel didn’t provide them… I asked to have my room cleaned my second day there prior to leaving early in the morning, I returned later that evening to find that my room wasn’t touched. I asked to have towels sent to my room since my room wasn’t refreshed. They sent towels up and that’s when I realized they had face towels but just didn’t put any in my room for...

"Staff was top notch and so helpful. We appreciated all the tips and friendly advice. We needed luggage storage before and after our stay which was such a help. Our room was larger than expected w fantastic bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. Very close to Space Needle & Chuhuly Glassworks.
