We had an issue with the heater/AC unit after the first night and they immediately gave us the option to move to a new room whenever we were ready for it. The rooms are spacious and clean. "I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"I was in the lower floor and couldn't get any sleep at all, really not a problem of the hotel kinda but the guy staying on the second floor kept walking all night long, and jumping or doing whatever the F he was doing, sounds from the top floor are cristal clear or other rooms, so if you have a light sleep better stay somewhere else, I had a pretty early flight the next day and it would of been almost better to just stay at the airport."

"The cleanliness needs to be seriously improved. There was trash in the hallway, in the stairwell, even in the elevator. I only saw 1 housekeeper on my floor. Don't know if they have outside maintenance or not, but that needed attention. The room was ok, at least it had a fridge and a microwave. Only good thing was the price that I had paid. Should've stayed at one of the other hotels along 84th Avenue South in Kent. I won't be going back there until it improves substantially."
