"Staff was exceptional and friendly. Room could be cleaner and sheets on sofa bed were dirty, no extra blankets for sofa bed, had to go down and get clean sheets/blankets. Overall a great location, clean hotel, wonderful staff. Breakfast was a step up from continental . "

"Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and it’s never been so late. Overall it was disappointing. "

"The room was so filthy. Bathroom floors and sink faucet were never touched. Wads of hair, bottle caps behind toilet room door. dust on shelves,tv remotes. Fridge leaking water on carpet. Smoke detector missing. DO NOT BOOk HERE"
