"We checked in we’re on the bottom floor. There was construction going on had no hot water and was woke up at 6:30 AM due to the laundry, attendance talking so loud outside my door. I ended up checking out early."

It's about a 25 minute walk to downtown and Fredericton has fabulous walking/biking paths so a lovely walk. "Our room was simple but clean. No staff on duty when we got there but had left the key for our room and a message through Expedia what room we were assigned. The property was safe. It looked to be under renovation. There is an outdoor pool but of course it wasn’t open at this time of year, the end of April. "

"The Inn appears to be run by 1 individual who is a bit overwhelmed. Rooms were clean but it could use some updates. Bring your own toiletries as there aren't any offered at the inn. Breakfast is made to order. Omelets are full of onions. Meat lovers means an onion omelet and bacon on the side. I do believe that the owner did put in the effort but I think he has too much for 1 person."
