"Clean cabin with beautiful creek view"

"It’s ok in a pinch, very old hotel, the beds were good, bath tub was redone with some kind of paint that was peeling and the rest of the bathroom was good, staff was great and friendly, I probably will not be staying there again because I do not like the 97 hwy, it’s not for me."

"The staff was very nice but never around when you needed them. The office was closed most of the two days we were there. They were definitely short staffed. Which was so disheartening beings it was summertime. The kayaking was amazing and the restaurant was excellent but they only serve dinner during the week with breakfast, lunch and dinner on offered on weekends. We did not know that prior to getting there. I think that management needs to be more accommodating to those who made reservations...

"After using the unique, yet simple, door locking mechanism, I was surprised at how large the room was. Everything was very neatly organized, and the bonus was the full kitchen! Free parking was in front of my room and the nearby restaurant was great for breakfast."

"This place is very clean, well kept with modern interior. Check-in was very easy for late arrival. Appreciate that this place was fairly close to Crater Lake as well. We slept better at this place than many of the bigger known hotels."

"Nice comfortable place to stay at. It was surprisingly quiet and we got couple of good nights rest. The reason for the surprise is we noticed a lot of utility pick-up trucks around which I'm assuming they provide accommodations to workers from out of town. That made parking a bit hard but not horrible. We stayed here because it was a descent hotel to stay close enough about 50 min drive to Lava Bed National Monument. It was also convenient around downtown Klamath Falls and some shopping...

"There first room I was given smelled and the bed was small. The office manager had me try another room. I asked for an upgrade. This was better but I had no car and this is a property you need a car. There was nothing to do at the motel."
