"Yer kesinlikle otel değil. Otel girişi yok. Acil çıkış kapısı denilen yerden giriyorsunuz. Resepsiyon da yok. Görevli de yok. Tek bir kişi var, kendisi herşey... Her ne kadar 'eksiğimiz var, kusura bakmayın' dese de otelde (!) hiçbir şey yok. Kahvaltı yapacak yer ve kahvaltı bile! Varolan telefon numarası da kendi cep telefonu. Eğer açıksa ulaşabilirsiniz. Yaşadığım en kötü deneyimdi."

"Bence güzeldi ama şehir çok ilginç bir şehir. Kime yol sorsak bilmiyor. Otelde özellikle hizmetli bir abla vardı çok tatlıydı. İlgilendi odayı beğenip beğenmediğimizi sordu hoşuma gitti yani. Tek sıkıntı camdan çok soğuk giriyordu başka hiçbir problem yoktu. Ben beğendim."

"Suadiye hotel is one of the best hotels on the Asian side of Istanbul due to its location. The breakfast is open buffet and of very good quality. The staff at the reception are very nice and a significant number of them are young people. However, the employees working as bellboys have been the same for years and unfortunately they are older than they should be and they are not very respectful. We know that there is a taxi problem in Istanbul. It is obvious that these bellboy employees are working under contract with some taxis. When you tell customers to call a taxi, they insistently ask where you are going and act accordingly. The hotel management needs to fix this."
