"Although the room was clean and the hotel located in a pretty area, the staff were not very friendly and I had only cold water in the room.
I do not know if it is because they could not speak English, but I thought greeting skills, customer service, or a simple smile would not need any translation.
I had to ask all the questions to the receptionist regarding dinner, breakfast, times, etc., otherwise I would have been given the room key and that was it.
There was not hot water in the toilet....
