"The reception and bar staff as superb, the hotel is jn a central location, easy to access and rooms can be accessed by lift or stairs. The breakfast buffet is 5stars - so much choice for continental choice - full English is not a tradition here so please don’t expect black pudding and beans as it’s continental but the food is perfect. The rooms were not cleaned daily - although we are clean, maybe fresh towels on the 3rd day would have been nice. Also we had to ask for pillows. The spa...
