"本当に本当に本当に最高の宿でした。
設備はまだ新しいのか清潔さやシャワーの水圧や部屋の設備等は完璧などころか
ずっと英語で対応してくださった男性の心遣いも素晴らしいし、朝ごはんも晩ご飯も感動するくらい美味しかったです。
あと常にいるのかはわかりませんが子猫達がホテルの敷地に住んでいて
とても人懐っこく、自ら膝の上に乗ってきたり撫でさせてくれます。
2匹の子猫と一緒に朝日を見るとこができました。
タクシーの手配や乗馬体験の手配もしてくださり、感謝しかありません。
湖にももちろん行けます。
もう、書ききれないくらい素敵な宿で
最高の時間を過ごすことができました。
本当にありがとうございました。
猫ちゃん達も幸せに過ごせますように。"

"Nice view on the lake, new rooms with modern designs, clean.
Not organized kitchen.
Very unfriendly woman receptionist. Just on arrival hot water in shower ended. We were asked to change the room, where shower was better but tap didn't have hot water all the stay.
When we arrived to breakfast(8 to 11 am) at 10 am, there were only empty dirty plates, fruits, some veggies and cakes. On our questions we were told that we still can eat what is left. After some arguments they brought some sausages...

"浴室の水はけが悪かった。
英語でのコミュニケーションが難しいのでgoogle translateは必須。
猫達やよく手入れされたきれいな庭園に癒された。
ホテルで提供する食事は、ホームメードの感じで普通のレストランでは味わえない。"

"There was a dead mouse with flies and maggots in the first room given to me. Attention was lacking. They gave me another room and apologized. There was a live mouse in the next room. Careful with bringing groceries, but this is necessary as no dinner was available. The owner didn’t seem too interested in providing a good experience but maybe it was a cultural and language barrier.
I didn’t like the floodlight 100 ft outside my room. Darkness to be able to appreciate the stars fully would be...

"Very good location on Issık-Kul. Almost on the beach.
We especially liked the owners and the staff, who helped us to solve problems (in particular with the car). Very friendly people."
