"This is not a complaint about the hotel but about Hotels.com. I would highly recommend the hotel. The location is good, the room is clean and comfortable and the staff are great. But Hotels.com should have signalled that the hotel was under renovation with some services not available and the restaurant with limited opening hours."

"The staff were very good. There's a very strong smell coming from the kitchen in the rooms in Block B, it's unbearable to sleep in. There's no problem in Block A."

"安価な割に施設はきれいで清掃が行き届いています。周辺の治安や利便性が良く非常にコストパフォーマンスが良いです。ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティがとても高いです。アパートメントを選択する目的に貯まった洗濯物を洗濯する事があります。肝心の洗濯機がありませんでしたので、事前に通知いただけると洗濯機がある部屋に変更できるはずでした。次回以降は教えてください。"

"Great place to stay while in Bishkek. Room was spacious and clean. Toilet essentials and drinking water was plenty. They did early checkin without any hassle. Breakfast was included and had a good spread. Airport pickup and drop off service was included and seamless. Friendly staff. They had thought of everything. Overall excellent."

"The hotel is in a great location. It has a bit of a dark vibe as even with the lights on the room seems a bit dark. The amenities like the gym and the restaurant and even the toiletries are basic but good enough. Staff is super attentive and helpful. A suggestion is to add instructions of how to use the tv and also have the wifi code handy in the room."
