"安価な割に施設はきれいで清掃が行き届いています。周辺の治安や利便性が良く非常にコストパフォーマンスが良いです。ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティがとても高いです。アパートメントを選択する目的に貯まった洗濯物を洗濯する事があります。肝心の洗濯機がありませんでしたので、事前に通知いただけると洗濯機がある部屋に変更できるはずでした。次回以降は教えてください。"

"Really fantastic hotel. The friendly people on reception were super helpful, they helped arrange transport for my friend and I to go to Lake Issyl-Kul. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and tasty food. Room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool was large and had plenty of space to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Bishkek and special thank you to the wonderful staff."

"Great location , consistently great customer personal service , delicious breakfasts and food in general. Hyatt Regency has a very caring team at the door, at the reception that make foreigners visit to Bishkek so easy and pleasant. I am truly impressed by this hotel."

"Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it."
