"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again.. Parkplatz doppel abgezogen und noch vor dem Hotel bemerkt und zurück bekommen und zu hause nochmals nach geschaut da wir noch sehr viel nach bezahlen mussten und war mehr Frühstück darauf weder wir hatten. "Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "Excellent place to live. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and has access to so many restaurants. They have a parking garage and was easily accessible which made our lives simpler. "For us the main reason to come to Vevey was to go to the Chaplin Museum, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel, everything was perfect: the room, service, location, the hotel is in a very beautiful building situated on a lake. We loved Vevey, it is a quiet place, very relaxing, a short bus ride to the museum, the hotel gives a free pass to the public transportation. I strongly recommend the hotel, Vevey and the fantastic Chaplin Museum. "

Terrible service and very bad room maintenance.
"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a shame for a grand hotel like this. Overall, horrible experience, the worst of our trip in Switzerland. "
