"Amenities and the wonderful staff! "

"A lovely location and unique building layout. Our room was great, the bed comfortable, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with freat service. The only reasons that we didn't give it an excellent was the lack of a toilet seat (which they remedied by opening the second bathroom) and the cooking tools were very limited."

"Charming boutique hotel—cozy, stylish, and well kept. The staff are genuinely courteous and attentive, offering helpful tips and warm service throughout. Food is excellent (breakfast is a standout), making the on-site dining worth staying in for. Convenient location too: about 15 minutes from the center of Monemvasia, so you’re close to the action but in a quieter spot. Overall, great value for a relaxed, quality stay."

"The accommodation was lovely - clean, warm and welcoming. The view of the sea is amazing and the location (near gates of castle but within the castle walls is unbelievably magical. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel! Wow, what a hidden gem!! Came here to see where my husbands family is from and we were blown away by the beauty! This is probably the best and most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was perfect and the views are incredible!! Can’t wait to come here again and make this a stop when we travel to Greece. The personal hot tub was so cozy and relaxing after traveling all day. A must stay!! "

"Well signposted from the main road to know where to go and an easy parking lot to find. Julia checked me in and she was absolutely lovely. So helpful and kind. The room is fantastic and plenty of space. Bathroom was a good size and there was plenty of space for my bags. A small dining table with tea and coffee was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! "

"The experience of staying within walls is something else. Monemvasia has managed to capture and maintain the feel of an ancient fortification while giving one the comforts of modern civilization (indoor plumbing!) The Likinia Hotel is well located, about a 5 minute walk away from the main street and sufficiently separated. At times you even have the feeling that you have the whole fortress to yourself. Since the family room was the last available option, we had an entire apartment with 2...

"Staff was very hospitable and the place was nice and clean. Showers only had 4 bottles of shampoo, no body soap or conditioner. Beds and breakfast were great. "
