"Our stay was absolutely fantastic, an over the top 6 star experience. Andrei and his staff were so friendly and anticipated our every need. The facilities and grounds are beautiful and tranquil and the dining was extraordinary. We were only here 3 nights and wish it had been longer. "

"Very large hotel, staff are mostly pleasant. Average maintenance. Breakfast has options, although does not change much over the course of a week. The egg stand at the breakfast serves cold, half-cooked, pre-made omelettes, although the chef was very busy on his phone, for both days I waited there, and could not attend to my request to heat one up. Food at bar is pricy and overly sauced and sweetened. The place could be better cleaned, as I spotted a couple of 6-leg critters in my room and the...

"Les chambres sont joliment décorées. En revanche l’hôtel est globalement moyennement entretenu. Mais ceci est compensé par la gentillesse du personnel. Les deux inconvénients pour moi :
- l’hôtel est loin du centre
- la salle de sport est très vétuste et sans climatisation"

"Wow! This hotel property is amazing! The resort pool and gardens are beautiful, and the views across the river to the karst topography in the Vang Vieng area are breath-taking! The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful -- with lots of options to choose from, and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas. My room was huge, comfortable, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. And I loved my outdoor patio space with poolside and mountain views! Incredible!...

"リラックスできる素晴らしいホテルでした。特にプールサイドのベッドでいい感じにまったりできます。夜のバーも最高です。朝ごはんも最高でした。スタッフの方も親切で、お客といい距離感で接してくれます。
観光よりもホテルでゆっくりすることにもっと時間を使えば良かったと思います。もう一度ルアンパバーンに行く機会があったら、また利用したいです！"
