Cari Hotel di Larne

"I had bigger expectations for this hotel. On a positive note, the view is absolutely stunning. The exterior and the garden. The room did not look like the images I saw. It was a bit of a let down. I felt the woman on reception was dismissive and condescending to me. I didn't get my room until after 4pm. She told me my room was "almost ready" several times, which it wasn't. She even said she went to my room and the cleaning staff were in it. If she was honest about the room's avail I could...

"The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days of eating the same thing over and over. Also, you couldn’t get coffee before 7a (when breakfast started) so if you were an early riser or had an early tour - no coffee for you!"

"The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful especially Sophie who I had for my massage. She was fantastic and I felt totally relaxed. The spa area is amazing and very clean. The bed was extreme comfortable. The only thing my husband and I weren't happy with was the choice of food for dinner. Very much pub food, would like to see more restaurant food in line with a spa resort. Overall we had an amazing relaxing weekend and will be back. Definitely recommend The Rabbit Resort."

"Rooms are small but clean. Fine for one night while just passing through. It would have been nice to have a common area where we could have sat and met other travellers or played card."

"Very helpful staff. Bar food excellent. Great location."

"This Inn is undergoing renovation and has only in the last couple of months re-opened. They have concentrated on the public areas, the bar, reception etc. Unfortunately the guest rooms are unfinished and the corridors to them are in a building site state. They should not have opened up the guest rooms until these were complete. Although comfortable the guest rooms had an unfinished feel about them. Shower was hot and good, however it was impossible to lock them in a usable position. Fittings had...

"Prachtige Lodge in een oude water molen"

"We love the location as it close to downtown Carrick, shops, restaurants and the old castle, which incidentally does great tours."

"The quietness of the property was so appreciated after being in the city. Truly a very clean and well stocked apartment. The location to Belfast was perfect, especially when needing to get to the ferry. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Outstanding house, so micely decorated, felt very at home, but with a view to die for."

"So beautiful, lovely home and hosts. Bonus view of GOT filming site. The place was exactly as described."

"The apartment itself is decorated and presented to a high standard. It is however a couple of hundred meters up an unmarked track from the main road. For unknown reasons the owners were unaware of our booking, as a result the owner wasn't available to direct us to the apartment. I would suggest making contact with the owner directly as soon as booking this apartment. "

"What a great place for a vacation. The place was located at a great part of Northern Island with a wonderful view. Clean, organize, and packed with everything needed to stay and even invite friends for dinner. The owner communicated very well and explained everything ahead of time. We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave so soon."

"The place was cleaned as new. Lights on, treats toiletries, towels, toilet rolls, condiments etc. Nothing was forgotten. She even left two trays pre covered in foil. Great break"

"The space was nice but we couldn’t have the windows or door open for long because within 5 minutes the apartment became full of flys and there was at lest 20 of them on the sofa bed that’s was there and after spraying it with fly spay we found about 10 wood lice I also find some food in one mould food in one of the cupboard and you could hear everything that was going on in the apartment at the top of us and the garden was not privet and the table in the apartment was really wobbly"

"Staying at Altahammond House was truly an amazing experience - from the comfort of the stay, the gorgeous gardens and the exceptional service from Heather and Tom - it made for a fantastic place to stay. We were well looked after from the minute we set foot in the door. Will be returning to Altahammond house and would recommend that others stay here. "
