"Close to the gorge and seaport for fabulous walks. Kings Bridge pub on site for awesome meals. Fairly quirt though some rooms may have road noise not ours. Free on site parking. Rooms clean, beds and pillows comfortable, aircon and heating "

"Das Hotel hat seinen Zenit definitiv überschritten. Die gesamte Ausstattung inkl. Bad benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Teppiche unter / hinter dem Bett seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gesaugt worden und daher für Leute (selbst mit leichter Hausstauballergie) nicht zu empfehlen. Man hört die ganze Nacht was auf dem Gang / in anderen Zimmern passiert inkl. Spülung/ Duschen etc. Würde hier definitiv nicht wieder übernachten "

"The Terrence restaurant was excellent. Staff generally very friendly, except for the breakfast restaurant. They seemed annoyed when we asked for poached eggs, there were no cups left for tea or coffee. Again, they said 'aren't there any at your table". Impatient when we asked for help. We had the Balmoral suite, the view was incredible. It was a superior room and the bath was very deep and luxurious. The grounds were very relaxing. "

"No lift so if you have a heavy bag and you have an upstairs room you’ll have to lug it up stairs. Good central location and clean bathroom with excellent water pressure for a good shower. Bed was good. Room wasn’t noisy either even though it is on a reasonably busy road. "

"We had a lovely overnight stay. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very generous. The staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking and it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again."

"good stay for the price. They work till late on many days - that was a plus so easy to check in. Lots of parking. Lots of places to eat at around the area and they give you a discount if you order food downstairs at their bar and give you a free drink voucher - was good. Overall the facilities were well maintained. I didnt hear any noises, no bad smell or anything like that. The only issue was that my window were looking at their A/Cs which would make some noise but was acceptable if the windows...

"No. The crockery and cutlery were greasy. We washed everything ourselves, including the cupboards before use. Bath and shower were clean. Toilet was not clean. "
