"We stayed at this hotel the night before our vacation and the night we got back. It was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean, check in/out was easy and staff friendly. The first room we had was great. No complaints. The second room wasn’t as updated. My husband had to fix the running toilet and the thermostat was broken. We had to adjust the air directly so it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again."

"I had groups of black ants crawling on me and in the bed. and on the floor. The breakfast food looked like vomit and the sausage and gravy were extremely watery. The carpet in the hotel has an old moldy smell. The Staff gets 5 stars, and the renovations appearance was aesthetically pleasing. Alot of noise in the hallways early in the morning. Smokers are allowed outside the door closest to the rooms and avoiding the smell was not possible,"

"Need to last minute hotel room due to flight delays. Hotel was clean, rooms comfortable, friendly staff and our daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area."

"I liked the location but the experience from the time we checked in was not very good. The agent at the front desk said she was new and still trying to figure things out. The check in process was fine but we booked an ADA room and the one that was assigned was dirty and filled with smoke and a very overwhelming sent of marijuana which triggered asthma for one of our guests. Unfortunately, that was the only ADA room available so we got moved to another room on the 2nd floor. The room appeared to...

"I was greeted by a roach as soon as I opened the door. The cleaning of the room was subpar. The door has a huge gap underneath it and I asked for them to repair it but placing weather stripping. It never happened. Then a saw another baby roach. They had the room treated and finally got rid of the roaches. Also had dirty linen placed on my bed one week."
