"The entire floor was under renovation. The renovation staff stated before 9AM. I cannot believe that was the case. Only the front desk staff was friendly on our check in date."

"No one was there. Everything is online the problem is their system failed so we couldn't have our room keys. For what you pay, the conditions are not great, the room is not good. I do not recommend staying here."

"Automated check in, no staff excellent cleaning. Junior suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Noisy at night, with road traffic and bay insert hotel. Terrace at back pleasant on evening to sit out"

"Room was a good size but rather hot. Apparently, a/c system was in winter mode. Opening windows was rather noisy from street/people activity. Excellent breakfast. Even though coffee machine in room did not always work properly, a staff member came to look at it immediately. Very nice staff. No restaurant, other than for breakfast. There was a bar, but it was not open on Sunday. Very good location for visiting St Gallen by foot and very close to station."
