"Excellent hotel – “Romantic Boutique Hotel & Spa” in Panevėžys left only the best impressions. Everything was top-notch, from the cozy and unique atmosphere to the impeccable service.
The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive to detail, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. The breakfast was especially impressive – delicious, high-quality, and with a great variety. It was one of the best breakfasts I have experienced.

"Likes - Super great location. Very helpful staff (front desk and catering) - especially a big shout out to Juozas but ALL were amazing. Nice breakfast. Quick to respond to all queries and very helpful. Nice and quiet room. Comfortable bed. All in all a great stay and highly recommended."

"Sehr schön hergerichtetes und sauberes Boutique Hotel. Die Angestellten waren allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zum Stadtfest dort und mitten drin im Trubel. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern konnten wir dennoch ruhig schlafen.
Das Spa (10:00-22:00) kostet 30 EUR pP. je 24h mit Massagen um ca. 60EUR. Der First-Come-First-Serve-Parkplatz mit begrenzten Stellplätzen 10 EUR pro Tag.
Das Frühstück ist a la carte und sehr gut.
Das Restaurant nahm während den Feierlichkeiten keine...

"The hotel is a an old remodeled building and it has a romantic flavor. Attention was given to art decoration and I really liked it. The breakfast is very good and in a lovely room that exits on a terrace surrounded by old walls. Staff is efficient and good.
We are older and the building has no elevator but the staff took our luggage up to the second floor.
It is useful to get Bolt app ( equivalent of Uber)to get a car for 4-5 euro to any of the tourist attractions."

"Warning: check-in is automated and there is no front desk / reception. This was only made apparent after booking. I was unable to cancel without penalty. The hotel starts sending you slightly unfriendly messages and suspicious links, to add your financial details. It all worked ok in the end, but was unpleasant and a little bit stressful before even arriving. Kaunas is a lovely city, I've been many times.
