"We enjoyed our stay; however were disappointed by the "spa." The water in the whirlpool baths was lukewarm and the steam room so hot you could barely last a minute. We felt the price (roughly $50/person) did not reflect the value we received. This was my first disappointing experience at a parador."

"El hotel es limpio y comodo el aire no estaba como se supone que tiene que estar pero el personal estuvo pendiende y me ubicaron en otro cuarto y estuvieron bien atentos a nosotros muy buena comunicacion , donde no estuvo bien fue en desayuno ya que era frio,habia cosas dañadas y no tenia buena variedad para el costo pero los muchachos de recepcion ,tremendos"

"Great place to stay. The personnel are friendly, and the amenities are very good. One small improvement would be to ensure that the correct number of towels is provided in the room. We were missing one set, but after asking, we received it immediately and without any issues."

"We hadden een deluxe kamer, er was een klein balkonnetje en we hadden uitzicht op leuk pleinje. Een keer lekker gegeten in het bijbehorende restaurant. Parkeren in Tremp is gratis, maar soms moet je flink zoeken naar een vrije plaats. Ontbijt was prima."
