"Nice Hotel"

"Location is great. very close to public transportation. staff are nice. room is okay, with stand fan not working, floods in the bathroom when showering as shower curtain is flimsy. initially had a hard time looking for this hotel, no signage on the ground floor entrance. hotel is in the same building as best western, reception to check in is on the 5th floor, had a hard time looking for it! Overall, for the price compared to downtown basel hotels, its worth the stay."

"Iacross the street from a mall which is nice. It is NOTin Basel. It’s in Germany. You can walk from the hotel to Basel or France. Hotel is basic. Nice front desk guy! "

"Very spartan but clean and that is reflected in the price. No staff about and all automatic check in. The town is a bit of a frontier setting so next time I think I would pay more and stay in Basel. But if you're on a budget it's ideal."

"No Shuttle service is available, even though Expedia advertises a 24-hour airport shuttle. A rare find - Convenient and round-the-clock airport shuttle service for easy travel. We ended up paying £60 each way to the airport, twice, because they could only book a taxi for us. Breakfast wasn't good too."

"The staff were all great, the room was modern, clean and well thought out and the food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was fantastic! I’d definitely stay again if I was in this area. "
