"The first unit they put us in (on the 3rd floor) had an issue with the AC. When we called customer service, they told us to keep it set around 65 and wait until the next day for someone to check it out since we called at night. It ended up getting so warm that we had to go buy a fan.
When we called again, they offered to move us to a different unit on the 7th floor, which was much better. It also had a nice view of the Hollywood Sign.
Other than that, the units were nice, clean, and spacious....

"We stayed here for a week with our two children (10 & 8). It was a great location and easy to get in and out - although there are a lot of access codes to remember ! We loved the pool !!!! The washing machine and dryer in our room was brilliant - as was the large fridge/freezer. There is no reception or anyone onsite - everything is done online - but this wasn’t an issue, and they were super quick to respond on email about anything we needed. Would definitely recommend ❤️"

"Unfortunately this lovely hotel is located right next to an abandoned building that is the home of homeless drug addicts. We watched drug deals and people smoking drugs right out our windows each day. Yelling and fighting amongst themselves. Would not recommend for young families."

"The host was amazing and gave me tips on getting to the apartment due to a convention closing a lot of the roads. It was a beautiful apartment in a great spot for my travel. I highly recommend staying with them!"
