"The hotel and staff are fantastic and we had a wonderful time. But I am unhappy with the $1000 deposit required at check in. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. None of this made any sense to me and I was left with two $1000 receipts and only one showing a refund of $1000. I don't...

"We stayed two nights and we recommended it to everyone. Comfy bedroom, clean and with a beautiful view. The staff great, you feel like home. They have several options for breakfast, it's fresh and well cooked. I'll stay again for my next visit."

"There was a lack of communication between hotel and Expedia. I was informed that they did not receive the 50% deposit that was taken at booking on the Expedia website. The hotel also denied asking for the deposit from prospective clients.
There was insufficient toiletries in the room. The room was extremely noisy making difficult to get a quiet downtime."
