"The room was clean. The area was quiet. The elevator had been out of commission and was STILL not working on the day we checked out. (We were there for 7 days, never saw anyone working on it) Being on the second floor was literally painful. No offers of help with the luggage when we checked in, although there was a sign stating that we could ask for help. They were short-staffed with only one lady at the front desk, certainly not going to ask her to drag the luggage up two flights of stairs. No...

"It’s probably the cleanest Red Roof Hotel I’ve ever been to and what made it difference is they’re all inside rooms so you feel safe and secure
The staff and the people we met were all very nice and we will stay there again next year when we come down for the Leesburg flower and garden festival"

"The rooms were well maintained and the beds were comfortable. I had a few requests and they ensured the request happened.
The front desk was quite helpful and understanding.
The breakfast could have been more interesting and more variety but oh well, it’s a small hotel."
