"Unlikely to stay there again. It was quaint, but lacking in amenities. The lobby didn't open until 8:00 AM for coffee which is too late for an early riser. A small coffee maker in the room would solve this problem. Be aware (as I was not) you are renting a bedroom, no TV and you are a few miles from a restaurant so make sure you have snacks. This set-up may work for some travelers but I found it lacking in amenities that would make the stay a bit nicer. It was clean, but the pool was not open...

"The character of the room was amazing and it propelled you into the past. Pros: great location for all things downtown Dahlonega, very quiet room-surprising because of the location, gorgeous detail of design to enhance the historic location. Cons: The toilet room is a tight fit when you sit down. Wish they had blackout curtains because the room was lit up as soon as the sun came up. Wish it had a split conditioner instead of a window unit for the hot summer nights. However, this is a wonderful...

"This is our second time staying in the “Piano Room”, which is a unique room with an actual working piano as a bed headboard. Although it is a no frills kind of room, the uniqueness makes it a fun and a memorable experience. The best part of this place is the proximity to the town square and the free parking behind the building. Mike, the owner, was also great to work with."
