"A beautiful property with multiple pools including adults only and wonderful access to the beach area for The Dead Sea. Attendants on duty helped with mud and salt scrubs and then clean water rinsing and gave me a certificate to keep with my mud thumb print. When I went to the concierge to ask if they had anything to protect it for my trip home Mohammed volunteered to help, disappeared behind the reception counter and came back with it laminated. Perfect and much appreciated. I also really...

"The bathroom shower curtain rod was loose and the bedit was leaking causing the floor to stay wet and slippery"

"Very Disappointing Cleanliness and Property Maintenance The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the hotel were extremely disappointing. The cleaning standards were very poor, and there were no towels available at all, not even clean ones. The property itself was not well maintained and clearly needs significant improvement. "Good value for money. Sits on the same Dead sea with the same swimming experience but you pay much less than the big names like Holiday inn. Almira restaurant is a hidden jewel. What shocked me most was the widespread smoking, even indoors, including the reception and restaurant areas. This is extremely unpleasant, unhealthy, and unacceptable. As someone accustomed to four- and five-star hotels, I would rate this property no higher than 2 to 2.5 stars. Cleanliness, comfort, and a...

"A Wonderful Stay ❤️ I had a really lovely stay here. The area is peaceful and quiet, the place is very clean and well organized, and the atmosphere is simply relaxing. A special thank you to Coco, who takes great care of the place and is always there to help and make sure all the guests have everything they need. She and her mother are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable, almost like you’re staying in a home away from home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this...
