"It's perfect to walk downtown/wharf area, no car needed. They provide shuttle service to and from airport which is a huge plus for me! It's a good place for a solo traveler to stay as well as there is a restaurant/bar on site so you don't have to go out at night alone if you had rather not...I would stay again!"

"Poland Springs Resort had more than 1 Building however the Lodge was where we stayed and the Building & Rooms were very outdated. The bathroom sink was so clogged that it took approximately 10 minutes to drain. The carpeting was Brown which hid stains & had a musty odor. The locks on the Room Doors were from the 60’s - 70’s. On a 1-5 scale I give my overall experience a 2."

"This location, The Charles Inn at Vacationland in Bangor, ME is on your website and allowed me to book 3 rooms and it hasn’t been in operation for 2 yrs. I drove 4 hrs with family to arrive and find out we in fact did not have rooms to stay the weekend for my daughter’s college graduation. I had no other option but to look for 3 rooms elsewhere at the last minute and had to pay $1,300 more than I thought I was paying for the first place I thought I had booked. This location needs to be removed...

"Location is good. Rooms are nice, modern, very clean. Breakfast was not great and monotonous for a 3 day stay. The staff over communicated in my opinion by text which some people might feel is good, but I found a bit fatiguing."
