"Great location, while very dated building, still had good amenities. Be mindful the AC in the room is very loud. The front desk staff were very cold/strange otherwise the rest of the staff was kind and helpful. Would stay there again just because the location is so great and our massages were quite relaxing."

"This location, The Charles Inn at Vacationland in Bangor, ME is on your website and allowed me to book 3 rooms and it hasn’t been in operation for 2 yrs. I drove 4 hrs with family to arrive and find out we in fact did not have rooms to stay the weekend for my daughter’s college graduation. I had no other option but to look for 3 rooms elsewhere at the last minute and had to pay $1,300 more than I thought I was paying for the first place I thought I had booked. This location needs to be removed...

"The property was immaculate (golf course included). The staff were very cordial and helpful. Liz at the tavern was easily the best person behind the bar i have ever encountered. Excellent stay in all regards."
