"Terrible experience. After multiple communications with hotel staff, there was no one to meet me at the ferry to take me to the hotel. Had to call and was left waiting till someone showed up. Upon entry to my room, the a/c was not working. They said it would get fixed, but when I returned it was still not working properly. Someone had to come at midnight to fix it again. If you’re coming here, we recommend you stay in the over water villas, the ocean views are amazing and it’s very convenient having a pool and still having full access to the ocean water. "It was a quick speedboat ride to the island and they were ready to go as soon as we landed but of course it is a 180.00 per person transfer, no exceptions and no other options so be sure to factor that in to your bottom line. I’ve never been to a n all inclusive where you are only allowed to have one alcoholic drink at lunch and at dinner. Anything more is extra and at your expense."

The room was always cleaned, laundry was always done well and daily, staff was incredible, and overall the resort was absolutely fantastic! "This was our 4th stay here and we were a little reticent as had heard the adult restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment. However we were pleased to find the alternative in place was adult breakfast at the Asian wok which was amazing. We booked the a la carte restaurants for every evening and had a great experience.
