"This is a very big and busy hotel. We stayed in the Sands Tower which was very quiet and the views were amazing. The hotel restaurants are not the best and are overpriced, the atmosphere was not brilliant. The breakfast buffet was lovely, plenty of choice."

"An absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms and all the hotel spotless. The staff were so polite and helpful always with a smile and couldn’t do enough for you. We ate at both the pub and restaurant and both were superb and reasonably priced. Both pools were lovely and relaxing. It may be a bit far out but lovely and relaxing and we used the buses or bolt to get around. Would highly recommend. "

"There was ongoing work around the rooftop pool area with scaffolding which was noisy during our stay. We found it difficult to relax when trying to sunbathe on the cabanas due a man shouting to his work colleague. We could hear banging whilst in our room which made it difficult to relax in our room. The pool area had green sludge marks around the inside perimeter of the pool. I was extremely disappointed that you had to reserve sun beds with limited slots available over the 3 designated bookable...

"Firstly I must say the staff were always helpful and Oliver who worked at The Prickly Pear, lovely, always a smile on his face and made amazing mojitos! The communal areas are very clean and modern, however my room was not exactly up to the same standard. Maybe I’ve just been lucky in other 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in, but normally I would expect shampoo at the very least, but that’s not so bad. However being placed next to the games room, was awful, when people were in there at night it...

"We had reserved a suite over looking the bay - amazing!!! The buffet was superb! Variety each night was wonderful! We had booked au bord so had buffets for breakfast and supper each day! Wonderful! No complaints at all. Location was fantastic."

"We stayed as a family of four and had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms are spacious, spotless and well equipped, and the drinkable water tap in the bathroom is a standout feature. All staff were consistently warm and attentive — everyone greets you as you pass, which creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel’s common areas are beautifully maintained, and both the indoor and outdoor pools are lovely. The fitness suite is excellent too. We did experience some noise from the fitness...

"The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless with luxury bedding and towels. Location excellent a few blocks from the party area but near quiet beaches. Breakfast was good with a great variety of choices. Will definitely recommend and looking forward to going back in September "

"Sehr enttäuschende Kommunikation und mangelhafte Organisation Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel gestaltete sich äußerst schwierig. Aufgrund eines Streiks bei der Fluggesellschaft war eine Anreise erst einen Tag später möglich. Das Hotel wurde darüber frühzeitig informiert, dennoch erhielten wir eine Vielzahl von Nachrichten, in denen wiederholt mit der Stornierung des gesamten Aufenthalts gedroht wurde – obwohl die Buchung bereits lange im Voraus abgeschlossen und bestätigt war. "Struttura moderna e molto ben tenuta. Personale veramente di prim'ordine, gentile, premuroso, attendo, di meglio non si può chiedere. Il giorno del mio compleanno ho trovato un camera una deliziosa torta al cioccolato! Insomma, consigliatissimo!"
