"I booked a higher room category due to mobility limitations and the need for more space. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, with only about 20 cm between the bed and desk/wardrobe, making it hard to move or handle luggage. It was also directly on the street and noisy. I raised this at checkout, but no solution or explanation was offered."

"It is a very nice and clean hotel. The location is great! Staff never seem to be on property, which makes things difficult when you need help. We called the numbers provided for help and it said the numbers were no longer in service. Other than that, we had a great time!"

"Very good breakfast, spacious deluxe room with good facilities and a balcony, many with a sea view. Spacious restaurants with good range of food and excellent serving staff. Pool facilities very good. Staff very helpful. Good location on coast and not too far from town centre.
Would have liked wider range of items on bar menu and restaurant menu near the pool in the evening.
Very good at arranging taxis from hotel but pick-up’s were less reliable."

"This hotel is truly exceptional, from the moment we checked in to (sadly) leaving, it was an absolutely perfect stay. Staff and owner were all gorgeous people - so helpful, friendly and chilled. Bed was super comfy, hotel itself is beautifully bohemian and traditionally Maltese and amenities were a bonus - loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views. Perfectly located for accessing Valetta but in a quieter location. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Malta. Thank...
