"We stayed here mid October and from arrival to departure we were treated exceptionally well. The staff went above and beyond. Our room 803(Deluxe) was kept very clean everyday by the housekeepers and our only comment was lack of set of drawers and a shelf beside the mirror in the bathroom. Thats why we left a tip for them. The location of the hotel was very convenient to both sides of Silema and would recommend to others and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday great. Love...

"We stayed for two weeks. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Food was great restaurant staff were outstanding. The rooms were very nice and cleaned regularly, but the corridors were tired looking and not so clean. The music from the private beach club was too loud. It was difficult to relax and enjoy the outdoor areas of the 4* hotel with the music thudding. "

Das Personal war in allen Bereichen (Rezeption, Service, Housekeeping) sehr freundlich, haben immer ein Lächeln übrig gehabt. "Very good - it will be a 5 when the they finish building the adjoining hotel - worth asking when you book if you are on the building or non building side as the workmen start at 7.00am It wasn’t too intrusive to be fair They aside excellent hotel "

"A entrada é um pouco confusa, chegamos a noite e por falta de iluminação ficamos perdidas, mas o hotel é bem reconhecido na região o que facilitou a localização depois de alguns minutos. O prédio é antigo, mas nada demais, a piscina não tem aquecimento e o quarto para pegar o controle é preciso deixar uma nota de 20 euros como garantia."

"The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel & property was grand, serene, spotless and very well maintained. The staff were all so professional and helpful. The location was awesome and so close to everything! We thoroughly enjoyed the relax time by the infinity pool with an incredible view of the marina. The staff at the pool were so friendly and attentive. Wonderful dinner and service at the award winning Beef Bar too. We would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel!!"
