"The property and room were similar to a 3 star hotel vs 4 star. We had both food (20% off) and spa credits per our Expedia booking. For the food discount they tried to restrict it to first 20% off a second buffet purchase with the purchase of one and then to 20% off a second 3 course lunch after the purchase of one. We just wanted our 20% off and finally a server at Prickly Pear was able to provide it. They never mentioned the spa credits and on the last day told us again it was for a specific...

"The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was great. The staff at the restaurant were very welcoming. However the rooms could have been cleaned a lot better. The bed was very lumpy and the pillows were flat. Even with extra pillows it wasn't comfortable. It's not family friendly as it's right on the bay and very loud until 3am."

"The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. On our arrival we were met by Vladimir who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room was immaculate with clean towels twice a day, Marlon needs a special mention as he always left a different artwork with towels on our daily return. "This hotel was really nice. It was clean all around & had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a wide variety. The adults only pool area on the roof was a pleasant surprise and was so nice. The only downsides for me were that the mini fridge in our room did not keep our items cold enough. "GREAT hotel! The beach club and rooftop pool were amazing and worth every cent. Staff were helpful, the app was great to access our room and book the pool. We didn’t have breakfast, but it looked great! We enjoyed our time at le soleil, and would recommend to others.
