"Lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, and one of the highlights was the bracelet-making activity for children. My little one absolutely loved it! I only wish there had been more children’s activities available, especially on Fridays and over the weekend.
We also attended the Surplus BBQ Gala Dinner, which was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel.

"Overall it was a nice hotel and a decent stay but the experience fell a long way short of what we were expecting for the price point and the reputation.The main reasons being to help other travellers:
- The check in experience,no human being is capable of telling you what room number you’re allocated and you’re left to download an app and wait for it to appear and the staff were extremely robotic and unhelpful throughout the stay
-Needing to book everything including a sunbed at the pool...

"Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Service könnte noch verbessert werden, z.B. regelmässig prüfen ob noch Toilettenpapier im SPA noch vorhanden ist. Grössere Abstellkammer um die Koffern sicher zu lagern und nicht einfach im Gang unbeaufsichtig abstellen. Bauarbeiten nicht um 6 Uhr morgens starten, wenn das Hotel voller Gäste ist, sondern ausserhalb der Saison planen etc."

"From the time we arrived our experience was perfect! The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately forgot his name) was so welcoming and respectful! The lower level spa pool was such a special experience and the rooftop & pool was perfect as well. Located on a very quiet street in Valetta it was close to the main gate of Valetta, the Co-Cathedral and so many special places in Valetta. Although we stayed here for only one night (our first night in Malta it was special and unforgettable!"
