"We stayed in a junior suite as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and overall we had a really pleasant experience. The suite was spacious, with a separate kitchen and sitting area and 2 bedrooms. which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The beds were very comfortable with good quality mattresses – we all slept really well. The room was clean, although a few things were broken, like a cracked stove top in the kitchen. "I arrived feeling under the weather. A doctor was called, prescription picked up, and the staff looked out for me. It was asking a lot, I know, but they were champs. Thank you. The facilities, location and breakfast were all good. Reasonably priced, too. There was a nearby laundry mat where I had a load of laundry done for 18 dinar, or $3 Canadian. Compare that to a hotel in Buenos Aires that charged $150! "

"This hotel was great for me but most people wouldn't be comfortable. Front desk staff was mazing. Very helpful. Shower did not contain the water so it flooded the bathroom. No "do not disturb " sign was provided. Shower was 2' wide; very uncomfortable. Tv did not work. No ac control provided. Breakfast was mediocre. No buffet just pre selected meal. Mostly bread and coffee and fruit juice. No meat"
