"The room was clean. But we had to change our room 2 times because the air conditioner was not working. No compensation was offered for our troubles. The property need a serious upgrade. The location is fantastic, just on the beach."

"The resort was beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. The staff were also helpful and welcoming.
My main disappointment was the beach adjacent to the resort. Perhaps I had different expectations, but personally, I was expecting the beautiful turquoise Caribbean waters you often imagine. Unfortunately, during our stay, the sea was quite rough and, in my opinion, not suitable for my 7yo to swim in safely.
Fortunately, the swimming pool more than made up for it! It was spacious, lovely, and...
