"This hotel should not be advertised in Expedia. The photos do not represent the reality of this property at all. This was the worst place we stayed during our trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms were dirty and in extremely poor condition and appeared to be badly neglected. "I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. We were blown away by the service, hospitality and genuine kindness of the staff. It is technically a “villa” but much closer to the European definition of a boutique hotel. It offers five large rooms, any of which would have comfortably accommodated our family of 3.
