"The bed was hard, the pillows were flat and terrible, the black out curtains were too short and had holes in them. The hot tub was not open to use, the ice machine was broken, I was woken up repeatedly by trucks hitting their Jake brakes all night. Breakfast was cold gravy and biscuits in a crock pot and cereal."

"I almost always have a nice stay at a Hampton Inn. This time was a bit different. I don't mind a pet friendly location at all. The owners of what I can only guess as a large dog left the pup and he/she was not happy with their decision. Barked and barked until about 1130pm. A tad rough. Made the stay a little challenging. Everything else was pretty solid per usual."

"Charming. Retro in good way. Looks like they have some interesting outside garden and more projects underway. We are going to go back in spring probably just to see how it turns out and to use it as a base for exploring the wonderful city and area."

"Stated it was a deluxe king suite with Golf view..no golf course anywhere. Staff could barely speak English and killed a roach in the bathroom. Really feel like I should get a refund for misrepresentation!! Worst experience traveling"

"I did not have any pets, but I know of someone who lived there with a pet. Room was generally clean, but found snack wrapper in corner of room. Air conditioner was effective, but kind of loud. No place for soap, shampoo, etc. in shower except on the floor. Had a hard time getting cold water from the sink. Bed was very comfortable, and, despite feeling pretty isolated (I think I was the only guest), I felt safe and secure. Place was well- lit and quiet."
