Went down to the front desk to ask them to put more body wash in the empty container. The woman at the front desk said I’ll take care of it and never did. I just felt like we got crappy service. "My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating."

"Great hotel! My family came there for a funeral. We booked 6 rooms. The staff allowed us to use the breakfast room to meet in the evenings and bond and grieve. The staff was very accommodating."

"Dangerous area, wasn't safe to walk anywhere. We ordered a pizza and it took three hours for delivery. The staff acknowledged that it was unsafe. The room was clean but definitely hasn't been updated. B-fast was decent."
