"We liked this hotel and the area. The hotel is outdated but value for money the rooms and beds are clean, but sheets look a bit old. Nice to have swimming pool and the restaurants and bars are close. Also bakery is close with western style choices.
The downsite is the noise of the bars which are close."

"Really nice place to stay. Great breakfast.
A little noise from the pool in the morning but not to bad. Hot water only works for short time. I would recommend this is you want to stay in a good area with lots of things to do and see around. "

"Walau agak tersembunyi dari jalan utama, letaknya di lokasi yang popular untuk turis luar negeri, guest house tradisional cocok untuk bernostalgia Yogya jaman dulu. kamar yang bersih, nyaman (hanya kamar mandinya kecil). Tempat parkir hanya cukup untuk 2 mobil (atau parkir dipinggir jalan Prawirotaman)"

Very quiet
The floor of the bedroom was not done everyday, so a bit disappointing for this.
They did the bed and changed the towel everyday.
When we came back from our trip, they always bring a little snack. Iy was a nice stay
