"The rooms were extremely clean and well presented. The room and balcony were spacious. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, the choice of food was infinitely more than we could consume. I would definitely book this hotel again if I get the opportunity."

"First off, we checked into an extremely untidy room. The bedding and pillowcases had clearly not been changed and were covered in hair. The room was also very dusty and, overall, the condition was horrible.
Our stay was a very unpleasant experience. My wife became sick after we checked out because she is allergic to dust, which made the situation even worse. We expected a clean and comfortable room, but unfortunately, that was not what we received.

"In Summe alles perfekt. Da wir aber schon des Öfteren in den Emiraten waren und auch Halbpension in mehreren Hotels genossen haben, hätten wir uns vom Conrad noch eine kleine Steigerung erwartet. Diese war bei der Halbpension allerdings nicht spürbar, in manchen Belangen sogar eher etwas spärlicher (z.B. Käsebuffet, Früchte, etc..) . Es ist aber wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau. Man wird köstlichst verpflegt und es mangelt an nichts... Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt."
