"Albert & Mar provided A1 service, 10s across the board! The hotel itself is SUPER clean! I often saw workers cleaning in between the crevices of the banister on the staircase. Room was cleaned everyday, I stayed 4 days & 3 nights! It’s super close to the beach literally right across the street, less than a 1min walk. They give you a free complimentary welcome drink. Our room had a very strong sewer smell the entire time we were there, we mentioned it to staff and they did not care to do much about it. parking also sucked. Would give the overall stay a 6.5/10"

"Was ok. Villa was nice, clean and well maintained, albeit a bit dated but they did well to modernise with upgraded TV, USB-c ports and a/c controls. Lovely grounds. Great pools. Restaurant was overpriced and food / service not great. Good location and amenities for kids."

Mitarbeiter teilweise sehr nett und hilfsbereit, teilweise kaum englisch und keinen Servicegedanken.
