"Until a few years ago, when travelling to Mildura ( once or twice per annum) for work I stayed at the Chaffey. Circumstances change and other accomodation in Mildura has been provided. This time, a holiday, and I had the choice of accomodation. Will happily stay there again."

The other guest rang the bell three times and eventually the receptionist came down the stairs. My family finally entered our room, and the shower alcove was mouldy and there were spider webs in the window. "Dissapointing, unpleasant smell and a dated interior. Good location, but very dated, raw brick interior with an unpleasant smell inside the rooms. Online pictures of the property didn't match the reality. Interior of the rooms and bathroom had a dusty/mouldy smell, not I think from any lack of cleaning but more from the old fit out and build up of dust and damp in the exposed brick mortar and old grout joints between tiling.
