"When we arrived, we were assigned a room (504) which was not a business double room as reserved. We discovered the the room air conditioner was not working, giving an error code of "E3". The room would reach 85 degrees + even with opening a window. After complaining for 3 days and no other rooms offered we left

" Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Frühstück ist gut.
Das Personal bemüht sich nicht genug.
Das Zimmer ist sehr alt ausgerichtet und das Hotel ist ein sehr alte Gebäude. ( sieht überhaupt nicht gut und auch nicht wie im Internet. "

"The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. They speak English which is great too. The location is the best around. The mall is attached and three grocery stores are close by. I have stayed here twice. The price is also very low."
