I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. "Unfortunately, our stay at Elevate Ella was disappointing. The service was well below expectations. We stayed for three nights, and our room was never cleaned. Wet towels were never replaced and there was no where to hang them to dry. We only received water on arrival. The porters were incredible though, bringing our suitcases too and from the room. "Seemed the best hotel in the area. Room big with a terrace leading to the very attractive large pool with the lake and a tree house to climb. Monkeys about who were fun to watch. Breakfast more to Asian tastes than mine but French toast, potato’s, fruit and breads available.It was very quiet during our stay with more staff than guests! Good choice for Yala but recommend the wild edge restaurant opposite in the evening for a drink."
