"Easy check in. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Spacious twin room, tea/coffee in the room with extras supplied when requested. Bath and shower in bathroom and a loo that did everything but cook the dinner! Good quality bed linen and great comfy pillows. Negative - flex not long enough for the hair dryer to see into a mirror. Needs addressing. Did not eat there but had a take away breakfast from the coffee shop. Presented in a box and was lovely. Near plenty of shops and...

"Always a nice stay, with very friendly and professional staff. Nicely designed modern rooms, and nice facilities. I just seem to have a hard time getting the room to be comfortably cool for sleeping at night. I'll most likely be back the next time I'm in Ulaanbaatar, as it is a very convenient location. "
