"Clean, spacious and comfortable! My room was pretty nice. Fully stocked mini bar, toiletries and linen. Furniture made sense, a real desk and comfortable chair. Even has an ironing set and robe. Wonderful! Shower had excellent temperature and pressure. big hang up was that I could not turn the heat off in my room and ended up sleeping with the window completely open. I was roasting. The restaurant staff here...professionally dressed but low vibe, deadpan and seemingly unresponsive. No matter...

"I really feel for my husband because he hasn’t been able to sleep properly for the entire three days of our stay. The bed is extremely uncomfortable — it feels like there is no padding or foam at all and is almost as hard as sleeping on wood.
It has been really difficult for him, and I feel so sorry seeing him struggle to get some proper rest. For the price we paid for this hotel, we honestly expected much better quality and comfort from the bed."
