"I made a reservation while in route to Macon for a medical emergency. When I arrived at the site, the date had been entered incorrectly, It was for the following week. The agent at the desk needed me to get the reservation information so that she could change the date to get me a room, I looked it up and returned to the desk, she had left and the young man at the desk told me there was nothing that could be done but he would charge me for another room. "Very nice spacious room with large queen bed with sturdy frame and headboard. TV worked well so did mini fridge and the microwave. Pet area very clean with no trash or cigarette butts littered; poop bags available with trash can. Potty area off to right side of building and my room was on the 1st floor, last door on the right so it was super convenient to go take my dog potty. Parking space ample room. Rocking chairs out front very relaxing atmosphere. Lobby clean upon entry. Staff friendly,...

"We love staying at thr microtels. We find them to be cleaner and safer then other motels they have a hardy breakfast that is included with your stay. I would recommend the microtel families. We have stayed a microtel facilities in KY, TN, and Ga. highly recommended !"

"Our room obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Dirt on the floor, smell of urine in the bathroom, pillow smelled, mold on the headboard. Just not very clean."

"The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Old hotel. Needs an update. Carpet in the room was sticky and shower was hard to figure out. Old old fixtures. This is not a complaint but A train goes by the property several times in the night and blows the whistle about six times. We did not get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend"

"Friendly staff, breakfast offered lots of choices- hot items, overnight oats, cereals, bagels, yogurt, toast, etc. Included all of the extras, cream cheese, butter and jelly, salsa and shredded cheese with eggs. Bed was comfortable."
