"This was the most terrifying stay I’ve ever had. I have had a few roaches in my stays before, but NEVER bedbugs. THIS hotel has bedbugs…BEDBUGS!! I was horrified by this!! I wish I would’ve been in the right state of mind to snap a picture, instead of hightailing it out of the room! Word to the wise, if the box spring is covered in black fabric and the price point is lower than $120 …. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT STAY !!!! "

"The staff I experienced was overall phenomenal but the property condition was horrific. Everything was dirty and slapped together with little care for quality. The whole property outside was covered in trash and there’s a homeless camp in the back. People were sleeping in their car in the parking lot and sending their kids in to let them in the locked doors. It was a lot of money to spend on such a trashy place. The elevator not working was a major inconvenience especially since I’m disabled and...

"Room was clean, very roomy, lots of towels, staff was kind and very helpful, the online registration was great and cut down a lot of time, would definitely stay again if needed "

"Check-in was easy and hotel staff friendly. Though posted; a no smoking building, when leaving the elevator on the 4th floor, the hallway smelt of cigarette smoke. I did not use the kitchen. The hotel is located next to I-55 causing the room to be very noisy. have your eye plugs (I did) if you expect to get any sleep. The walls are thin. I could hear the couple arguing next door. Upon my morning departure, the 4th floor hallway was still smokey. "
